Chuck Hanlon is an urban planner and has practiced for over 29 years working primarily in the 8 County Chicagoland market.  Chuck very recently incorporated his 22 year old firm, Land Vision, Inc. into Wills Burke Kelsey Associates, Ltd.  As a founding principal of WBK, Chuck will continue as the firm’s Urban Planning Principal focusing on private sector development and entitlement clients and projects.
